Customized Training Plan

After a comprehensive 30-minute movement assessment, our exercise specialist will create a customized training program tailored to your individual needs and goals. This personalized plan focuses on your unique strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring you engage in exercises that enhance your performance and safety. Your personal trainer will guide you through each workout, providing support and feedback to help you maximize your results. Plus, you’ll receive a new program every 4 weeks, allowing for continuous progression and adaptation as you advance on your fitness journey.

Certified Personal Trainer

Our certified personal trainer exemplifies professionalism and dedication to your fitness journey. Committed to creating a positive and focused training environment, they leave personal emotions at the door and prioritize your goals above all else. They understand that pushing clients to their limits should never mean inducing discomfort or nausea; instead, they foster a motivating atmosphere that encourages growth and improvement. Never seen sitting down or distracted by their phone, this trainer is fully engaged during each session, guiding you through your monthly training program and meticulously tracking your progress using our laptop. Nutrition Coach

When you sign up for one-on-one personal training, you gain access to exclusive nutrition coaching designed to complement your fitness journey. You’ll begin with a 30-minute virtual consultation with your dedicated nutrition coach, who will assess your dietary habits and lifestyle. Based on this assessment, the coach will create a customized nutrition protocol tailored to your specific goals. Throughout the month, you’ll receive ongoing support via text and phone calls, ensuring you stay on track and motivated. At the end of the month, you’ll reconvene for another virtual consultation to review your progress, including progress pictures, measurements, and body fat percentages. This comprehensive approach ensures you’re making meaningful strides toward your health and fitness goals!

Frequently asked questions

  • It is up to you! But we recommend 2-4X/week for maximum results.

  • 60 minutes long! This includes a warm up, core work, your strength training & conditioning workout, and a cooldown.

  • Based on your goals, our exercise specialist will decide the best customized training program approach for you. When it comes to cardio, some clients prefer hitting their step count with walking while others enjoy a higher intensity cardio session. When and if we add cardio to our clients program, it is usually as a finisher (at the end of their strength training portion) and only last 5-12 minutes.

  • Our 1 on 1 studio, which is 5 minutes from our group training facility, is a 3,000sq ft space. We only allow 8 people at a time for 1 on 1 personal training sessions.

  • Yes we do! We will have a trainer meet with you a few times per week to take you through your monthly customized training program.

  • We will track your progress photos, measurements, weigh - in’s, and body fat percentage monthly with you to ensure your program is helping you achieve your total body transformation goals!
