“My fitness journey began when I was just 13, and I was far from the active person I am today. Back then, I was a couch potato, carrying extra weight and spending more time indoors than outdoors. But everything changed when my mom took me to a boxing gym. At that time, I was walking around at 165 pounds, but through hard work and dedication, I stepped into my first amateur fight weighing in at 125 pounds. For me, fitness started as a way to stay out of trouble and fuel my dreams of becoming a better fighter. Over the years, though, I realized that boxing was more than a sport—it was a metaphor for life.

Boxing taught me resilience, discipline, and adaptability—essential qualities that I now strive to pass on to my clients. Every round, every punch, every challenge in the ring mirrored the obstacles life throws our way. Just as boxing taught me to get back up after every knockdown, I encourage my clients to push through their own struggles, both in and out of the gym. Through tailored training, I help them build not only physical strength but also mental endurance, teaching them that persistence and resilience are key to achieving any goal. Whether they’re working towards fitness milestones or personal growth, my experience allows me to guide them through their journey with the same determination and discipline that boxing instilled in me. Together, we’re fighting to become our best selves, one round at a time.”
