  • They are 60 minutes long. We start with a warm-up, core and mobility work, then we crush our strength training circuits, always finishing with conditioning.

  • Yes, we do! Every member who starts with us must complete a 30-minute movement assessment with a specialist before joining our small group classes. This way, we can share our notes with our coaches so they know what exercise modifications to give you for your fitness goals!

  • At Evolve, we prioritize science-backed training programs. This means our exercise specialists design a new 6-week training program every six weeks. This approach not only maximizes your results but also ensures that you are consistently improving and getting stronger with each exercise movement.

  • We allow up to 8 people max per class.

  • Once you become a member with us, you'll have your own personal folder containing your training program. Each workout, you'll track the weight you used, continuing this process every week until the next training phase begins, at which point you’ll repeat the process.

  • Building muscle is one of the most effective tools for fat loss. Why? Because it helps speed up your metabolism, which dictates how quickly you see fat loss. Additionally, increased muscle mass improves your body composition. Plus, it's scientifically proven to be one of the best things you can do for your overall health and longevity!

  • While we do not have childcare at the moment, parents are welcome to bring their children as long as they remain non-disruptive. Typically, kids sit on our benches near a table within their parents' sight while they work out.
