  • If you’re participating in small group strength classes, the good news is that the first part of the challenge, also known as the muscle-building challenge, is designed to complement the 6-week strength training program. The same will apply to the 8-week fat loss phase. If you’re doing 1-on-1 personal training with us, your program will also be tailored to both challenges, ensuring you’re set up for success.

  • It is a one time fee of $75. You can also break this payment up into payments - just let Christine know.

  • It is a device that uses 3D imaging technology to measure body composition and create a 3D model of the body.

    What it measures 

    • Body fat percentage

    • Muscle mass

    • Muscle to fat ratio

    • Bone density

    • Waist, hip, chest, and arm circumferences

  • You will be working out with us as usual—hopefully, at least three total-body strength workouts a week. We’ll provide nutrition guides, daily meal tips, recipe eBooks, cooking videos, and supplement advice. Additionally, we’ll offer educational videos to help you supercharge your results, as well as an app support group. Monthly Styku scans will track your body composition progress, and we’ll also take progress photos. Plus, you’ll have access to Christine for additional support via text.

  • By getting the best transformation through body fat percentage changes, increase in muscle mass, and visual changes through progress photos! We will be tracking body composition changes through the Styku body scanner, weigh-in’s, progress photos, class attendance, strength gains, and personal stories of triumph!

    1. Body Composition Changes (Fat Loss & Muscle Gain)

    • Primary Metric: We will use tools like body fat percentage or lean muscle mass measurements (e.g., through Styku scans) to assess changes in both fat loss and muscle gain.

    • Why It Works: This approach rewards participants who have made significant changes to their body composition, rather than just weight loss, which can be misleading if someone loses muscle along with fat.

    2. Overall Weight Loss

    • Secondary Metric: While body composition is more important, weight loss can still be a consideration, particularly for fat loss-focused challenges.

    • Why It Works: It’s easy for members to track, and a significant decrease in weight can indicate fat loss. However, it’s important to combine it with other factors so participants don't focus solely on scale numbers.

    3. Progress Photos

    • Visual Comparison: We do require participants to submit before-and-after photos taken under similar conditions (lighting, angles, attire).

    • Why It Works: Photos provide a tangible visual representation of changes that may not be captured by measurements alone, especially for muscle definition or fat loss.

    4. Consistency & Effort

    • Bonus Points: We will also reward participants who attend the most sessions or demonstrate the highest level of consistency with the program (e.g., attending 90% of scheduled workouts or following through with all aspects of the program).

    • Why It Works: Consistency and effort are key to long-term progress, and those who put in the work deserve recognition.

    5. Strength & Performance Gains

    • Performance Metrics: We will track improvements in strength (e.g., squat, deadlift, bench press).

    • Why It Works: Strength gains are a strong indicator of muscle building and overall fitness improvements, which should be rewarded in a muscle-building challenge.

    6. Client Testimonials or Personal Stories

    • Narrative Factor: After the challenge we will ask nominees to share their experiences throughout the challenge, including challenges, successes, and how the program impacted their lifestyle.

    • Why It Works: Personal stories can highlight determination, mindset shifts, and the non-physical benefits of the challenge, such as improved mental health, energy levels, or overall well-being.
